1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or enrolling in the Blue Gem Online School Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
2. User Accounts & Security
Users (Students, Teachers, Parents, and Administrators) are provided unique credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your portal session.
3. Tuition, Payments & Refunds
All course tuition, exam registration fees, and program track subscriptions are processed securely via Paystack. Enrolled students gain immediate access to live virtual classrooms, class archive replays, and CBT examination engines upon payment verification. Refund policies are outlined in our admissions handbook.
4. Code of Conduct in Virtual Classes
Students and participants must maintain professional decorum during live virtual sessions, parent-teacher consultations, and discussion boards. Harassment, disruption of live classes, or unauthorized sharing of recorded archives will result in account suspension.
