- Student & Parent Bio Data: Full name, email address, phone number, residential address, and guardian linkage.
- Academic Records: Live class attendance timestamps, CBT examination scores, topic mastery diagnostics, and assignment submissions.
- Payment Information: Processed securely via our secure payment provider. We do not store full credit card or bank account details on our servers.

Your data is utilized strictly for educational delivery, operational improvement, and secure communication:
- Managing virtual classroom timetables, Zoom/Meet links, and class archive recordings.
- Automating attendance reports and weekly guardian progress summaries.
- Generating personalized academic diagnostics to highlight student strengths and weak topic areas.

All platform data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We enforce database-level access policies ensuring that students only access their own coursework, parents view only their assigned wards, and teachers manage only their specific cohort classes.
